Job Duties
- Clean and maintain guest rooms to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation
- change linens, make beds, and restock amenities as needed
- vacuum, dust, and sanitize all surfaces in guest rooms
- report any maintenance issues or damage to the appropriate department
- respond to guest requests and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- maintain a positive and friendly attitude at all times
- follow all safety and sanitation procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment
