Job Requirements
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial work preferred but not mandatory
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness standards
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and techniques is a plus
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently
- Positive attitude and willingness to provide exceptional hospitality service to guests
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to relocate to La Porte, TX before starting work

Job Duties
- Receive work assignment from dispatcher
- Sign out room keys from security
- Check cart for correct supplies
- Clean guest rooms according to prescribed procedures prioritizing early service requests, VIPs, check out rooms, and occupied rooms
- Report discrepancies in room status to floor supervisor
- Turn in Lost and Found Items following standard procedure
- Report rooms not completed and reasons to floor supervisor
- Report repairs or maintenance work needed in guest rooms
- Complete special daily work assignments
- Assist house person in turning mattresses if necessary
- Perform PM room check if necessary
- Fill out assignment sheet as each room is completed
- Perform other duties assigned by supervisor, Director of Housekeeping, or Manager on Duty
- Work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
