Job Requirements

  • High school graduate
  • minimum 1 year customer service experience
  • computer and PC application literacy
  • mobile device literacy
  • excellent communication skills
  • conflict resolution skills
  • self-starter able to work supervised or unsupervised
  • reliability and timeliness
  • ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
  • ability to squat, bend, kneel, perform light housekeeping
  • availability for flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
  • adherence to business casual dress code
  • pass drug test
  • present photo ID and social security card

Job Duties

  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • anticipate and satisfy the needs of guests
  • act as concierge providing solutions for hotel and guest requests
  • manage hotel check-ins and check-outs following policies
  • communicate with housekeeping and other departments on reservation changes
  • upsell or offer packages to customers
  • process hotel and event reservations and payments
  • maintain daily lobby and office cleanliness
  • perform administrative tasks as requested by accounting, management, and department heads
