Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 6 months to 1 year experience in restaurant operations, hospitality or guest services
- proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
- excellent communication skills
- ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- strong attention to detail
- availability to work flexible hours and respond to guest inquiries promptly
Job Qualifications
- High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
- six months to one-year experience in restaurant operations, hospitality, or guest services
- proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- customer service oriented with empathy and patience
- ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion
Job Duties
- Answer guest relations calls conveying care and concern
- take detailed, accurate notes on all guest calls using the Guest Relations ServiceNow application
- employ critical thinking skills and available resources to correctly address guest concerns in a timely manner
- use discretion in deciding when to redirect sensitive guest issues to the correct department when appropriate such as Risk, Public Relations, Employee Relation, Crisis Team
- advise restaurant management in obtaining successful guest resolutions
- utilize guest relations database reporting tools to provide critical follow up communication to restaurant partners
- assist guests in reconciliation of gift card issues
- respond to social media for guest recovery opportunities
- read and review all concerns submitted via the TXRH website to classify and assign correctly
- follow up with stores, Market Partners and guests for open cases past 72 hours
