Job Requirements

- previous experience in retail or customer service preferred but not required
- physical ability to stand and walk for long periods
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Assist cashiers during busy times with bagging groceries and providing customer service
- retrieve carts from parking and staging areas to ensure availability for customers
- monitor and support self-checkout stations, providing quick assistance when needed
- keep front-end supplies stocked, including bags, receipt paper, and cleaning materials
- perform light restocking of impulse items and maintain organized displays
- help keep the front-end area clean, organized, and safe
- oversee the customer relations desk to assist with register overrides and guest inquiries
- provide courteous, professional assistance to customers at all times
- support the overall front-end team to ensure smooth operations and excellent service
- follow all plum market policies, procedures, and safety standards
