The hospital is committed to fostering a patient and family-centered environment where every visitor, patient, and family member is treated with the utmost respect, compassion, and care. Serving as a critical hub for pediatric healthcare in the region, CHCO offers an environment where employees thrive through opportunities for professional development, a strong emphasis on teamwork, and a culture dedicated to improving the health outcomes for children.
The Guest Relations Associate role at Children's Hospital Colorado is a full-time position, pivotal to ensuring an exceptional Patient-Family Experience throughout the hospital's enterprise. This role supports patients, families, and visitors by delivering high-level customer service and logistical support, particularly during check-in and health screening processes at CHCO’s facilities. The ideal candidate will act as an ambassador for the hospital, providing welcoming and professional assistance while maintaining strict safety and visitor policies to ensure a safe and efficient environment.

The position requires a strong focus on patient safety, efficient communication, and the ability to remain composed under pressure. Working hours are primarily during the day from Monday to Friday with a commitment to weekend and holiday shifts as required.
The position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $18.26 to $27.40, commensurate with experience. The role also includes an attractive benefits package which comprises base pay, incentives, paid time off, comprehensive health insurance including medical, dental, and vision coverage, life and disability insurance, paid parental leave, 403b retirement savings matching, wellness programs, and professional development opportunities including an education benefit.
