Using tools like Micros and OpenTable databases, the receptionist accurately records guest information and preferences, which supports seamless service delivery and enhances guest satisfaction.

Ideal candidates bring experience from food and beverage environments, preferably with a minimum of one year in upscale dining settings. Familiarity with OpenTable system usage is also highly valued. The function demands a friendly, positive demeanor and a high level of professionalism, alongside strong organizational skills and flexibility under pressure. Fluency in English and legal authorization to work are required, with availability to work weekends, holidays, and particularly Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
