Job Requirements

Capable of standing and moving for extended periods
able to lift up to 30 lbs when necessary
must be available to work late nights and flexible hours
physically adept at bending reaching and twisting as needed
minimum wage salary expectations

Job Duties

Maintain an upbeat and professional demeanor reflecting establishment values
welcome and seat guests at tables or waiting areas with a smile
manage the waiting list and coordinate seating arrangements efficiently
assign tables based on guests' preferences and ensure fair server rotation
provide menus or information about food and beverages to guests
organize booster seats or highchairs as required ensuring safety and functionality
act as a liaison between guests and serving staff by communicating needs effectively
answer phone calls promptly assisting with inquiries or transfers
handle reservation tasks professionally
keep the foyer and host station clean and organized including maintaining quality of menus
perform regular checks on restrooms to ensure cleanliness
maintain open communication with management regarding work-related issues or suggestions
carry out other related duties as assigned
