Raymond Vineyards is a renowned winery located in the heart of Napa Valley, celebrated for its exceptional wines and commitment to providing a premium guest experience. Established with a passion for viticulture and hospitality, Raymond Vineyards offers visitors an immersive journey through wine tastings, tours, and distinctive events set amidst picturesque vineyard landscapes. This esteemed winery combines tradition with innovation to craft world-class wines that embody the essence of their terroir while delivering an inviting atmosphere for wine enthusiasts and novices alike. As a respected name in the wine industry, Raymond Vineyards emphasizes quality, luxury, and personalized service, striving to create memorable visits for all guests.

The part-time Concierge position at Raymond Vineyards presents an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about hospitality and guest relations within the wine industry. This role is essential in overseeing reservations, guest flow, and tasting room logistics to ensure every visitor has a seamless arrival and seating experience. Serving as the operational hub of the tasting room, the Concierge is responsible for actively managing the reservation system through Tock, coordinating closely with the Tasting Room Manager, and supporting wine educators to maintain a well-paced and enjoyable service flow.

The Concierge also plays a pivotal role in representing Raymond Vineyards’ brand by monitoring and responding to guest feedback across major online platforms such as TripAdvisor, Yelp, and Google, thereby helping to uphold the winery’s outstanding reputation. This position offers the potential for commission and tips, providing an incentive for performance and guest satisfaction.

Day-to-day responsibilities include managing reservations with real-time updates, optimizing seating and table utilization, coordinating guest seating including walk-ins, and maintaining awareness of tasting room capacity to support a smooth service rhythm. Effective communication and collaboration with team members ensure that reservations, timing, and guest needs are handled efficiently.

A polished and welcoming demeanor is essential, along with adherence to company safety policies and professional standards. The role requires moderate physical activity, including standing, walking, and light lifting, within a well-lit and climate-controlled tasting room environment with occasional work in a wine cellar or outdoor areas. Flexibility with scheduling is necessary, especially for weekend, evening, and seasonal work periods. Having a valid driver’s license, insurable driving record, and automobile insurance is required. This role is ideal for those seeking a dynamic, guest-focused position in a premier winery setting, offering valuable experience in hospitality management and brand representation.
