In addition to the guest-focused responsibilities, the role offers a comprehensive employee experience with competitive hourly compensation starting at $24.29. Employees receive extensive benefits, including medical, vision, and dental insurance, complimentary life insurance, short-term disability coverage, paid time off, and access to a 401k retirement plan. Four Seasons also provides valuable perks such as complimentary employee meals, discounted parking, complimentary room nights at Four Seasons properties worldwide, and ongoing training and development opportunities to support professional growth.
