Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in luxury hotels in operations or customer service
  • Flexible schedule
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Windows applications
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to prioritize, organize and follow-up
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • College degree in hospitality a plus
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in luxury hotels in an operations department and/or customer service
  • Must be able to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy
  • Prioritize, organize and follow-up effectively
  • Be a clear thinker able to remain calm and resolve problems using good judgment
  • Flexible schedule
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain confidentiality
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Windows applications
  • Highly responsible and reliable
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Duties

  • Consistently offer professional, friendly, personalized and engaging service
  • Handle guest concerns and react quickly, logging and notifying proper areas
  • Correspond with guests before, during, and after their stay to fully determine their satisfaction
  • Able to create reports from the Medallia
  • Assist with group reservations, contracted blocks and OTAs
  • Attend department meetings/pre-shifts to drive goals
  • Develop and conduct service training during department meetings
