Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in luxury hotels in operations or customer service
- Flexible schedule
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Computer literate in Microsoft Windows applications
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize, organize and follow-up
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Confidentiality in handling guest information
- Manual dexterity and physical ability to perform job functions

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- College degree in hospitality a plus
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in luxury hotels in an operations department and/or customer service
- Must be able to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy
- Prioritize, organize and follow-up effectively
- Be a clear thinker able to remain calm and resolve problems using good judgment
- Flexible schedule
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain confidentiality
- Computer literate in Microsoft Windows applications
- Highly responsible and reliable
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-starter with ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- Consistently offer professional, friendly, personalized and engaging service
- Handle guest concerns and react quickly, logging and notifying proper areas
- Correspond with guests before, during, and after their stay to fully determine their satisfaction
- Able to create reports from the Medallia
- Assist with group reservations, contracted blocks and OTAs
- Attend department meetings/pre-shifts to drive goals
- Develop and conduct service training during department meetings
