Job Description
Signature Aviation is the world leader in providing private aviation services, operating an extensive global network of more than 225 private aviation terminals. They are renowned for delivering safe, convenient, and elevated travel experiences to private jet travelers and crew, emphasizing hospitality, professionalism, and impeccable service. As a certified Great Place to Work™, Signature Aviation places a strong focus on employee well-being and professional growth, creating a supportive and inspiring work environment. With nearly 6,000 dedicated team members worldwide, the company is committed not only to outstanding guest service but also to community engagement through volunteerism and support programs for veterans and the next generation of aviation professionals.
Operating in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that combines the demands of aviation with high-end hospitality, Signature Aviation aims to redefine private air travel by consistently exceeding guest expectations. Their services extend beyond the terminal to include concierge assistance, logistics coordination, and operational support, all designed to ensure seamless travel experiences.
The Guest Experience Specialist role at Signature Aviation is a pivotal hospitality-driven position responsible for being the first and last point of contact for guests and crew members, embodying the brand’s commitment to excellence. This highly visible position requires exceptional interpersonal skills, grace under pressure, and keen attention to detail to create positive and memorable impressions on every visit. The role involves various responsibilities from greeting and assisting VIP travelers and flight crews to coordinating services throughout the terminal and operating efficiently within indoor and outdoor environments near active aircraft.
The Guest Experience Specialist serves as an essential liaison, handling concierge services such as reservations for hotels, ground transportation, catering, and customs, as well as processing guest purchases and financial transactions with accuracy. This role demands strong collaboration with team members and external partners to ensure smooth communication and service delivery. Utilizing real-time system management tools, the specialist helps coordinate flight services, maintain guest amenities, and promote the company’s products and services to passengers and crew.
Flexibility is a key aspect of this role, as it requires working varied schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays. The position also entails physical activity such as assisting with luggage, driving transport vehicles, and supporting ground operations like wing walking and placing safety equipment around aircraft. Security awareness and adherence to safety protocols are essential components of the job, ensuring a secure environment for all guests and staff.
This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced, guest-centric settings and are passionate about delivering thoughtful, seamless service. The hourly pay range for the Guest Experience Specialist is $22.00 to $25.00, reflecting factors such as skill sets, experience, shift worked, and geographic location. Joining Signature Aviation means becoming part of a premier hospitality team that values reliability, professionalism, and personal excellence while enjoying comprehensive benefits designed to support health, financial wellness, and career development.
