The role of Guest Experience Specialist is fundamental to the guest journey at Signature Aviation. Individuals in this position serve as the face of the company, often being the first and last point of contact for guests and flight crews. This hospitality-driven, highly visible role requires a warm, professional demeanor coupled with a genuine commitment to delivering exceptional moments for every visitor. The Guest Experience Specialist must excel in managing the balance between welcoming VIP travelers, supporting flight crews, and coordinating various services both in front of guests and behind the scenes. Demonstrating grace under pressure and meticulous attention to detail ensures each visit is comfortable, efficient, and memorable, reflecting the high standards of the Signature brand.

This dynamic, hands-on position demands flexibility in schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays, along with the capability to work in both indoor and outdoor environments often adjacent to active aircraft and ground service equipment. The position involves multitasking various guest services, including greeting arrivals, managing concierge requests such as hotel and transportation arrangements, monitoring flight schedules and coordinating logistics, and assisting crews with operational support. A critical part of the role is ensuring all guest areas, including lobbies and pilot spaces, are maintained to impeccable standards. The Guest Experience Specialist also assists with billing, guest inquiries, and problem resolution while upholding strict compliance with security protocols and emergency procedures.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 1 year of customer experience in retail, hospitality, or sales preferred
  • Valid state driver’s license
  • Minimum age of 18 years
  • Pass company background checks, drug tests, and airport security badge requirements
  • Legal authorization to work
  • Ability to follow supervisor directives
  • Ability to drive standard and automatic transmission vehicles preferred

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • At least 1 year of customer experience-related work in retail, hospitality, or sales preferred
  • Possess a valid state driver’s license
  • Ability to pass company background checks, drug tests, and meet airport security badge requirements
  • Legally authorized to work in the jurisdiction of employment
  • Able to exercise good judgment and follow directions
  • Hospitality skills with excellent guest service and conflict resolution experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills in English for in-person and written communication
  • Ability to perform basic arithmetic
  • Proficient with computer usage and company software
  • Capable of multitasking and maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and guest service

Job Duties

  • Meet and greet guests and crews upon arrival and escort them
  • Collaborate and work closely with team members and guests to ensure prompt and professional service
  • Accurately receive, dispatch, and process guest purchases and fuel transactions
  • Provide concierge services including arranging hotel stays, ground transportation, and catering
  • Manage inquiries, resolve requests, handle billing disputes, and address guest concerns
  • Maintain knowledge of Signature’s facilities, services, and surrounding areas
  • Monitor and coordinate arriving and departing flights and assign services accordingly
