The Guest Experience Specialist at Signature Aviation plays a vital role as the first and last impression that guests receive, directly influencing the overall perception of the company. This hospitality-driven position requires a person with grace under pressure and meticulous attention to detail to ensure every interaction is smooth, comfortable, and memorable. The role involves greeting VIP travelers, supporting flight crews, and coordinating a variety of concierge and operational services both in front of the customer and behind the scenes. Individuals in this role must be adaptable to varied schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and capable of working safely in indoor and outdoor environments near active aircraft and ground service equipment.

This hands-on position demands a proactive approach to guest services including personalized hospitality, effective communication across multiple teams, and logistical coordination of flights and services. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, genuine care for guests’ needs, and the ability to multitask effectively in a high-paced setting. Responsibilities extend beyond greeting guests to include financial transaction processing, facilitating concierge arrangements such as hotel and transportation bookings, monitoring flight operations, and collaborating closely with the Airside Experience Team to optimize the travel experience. Safety and security compliance, accurate record keeping, and the ability to promote the company’s offerings round out the core aspects of this dynamic role. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience preferred
  • Valid state driver's license
  • Minimum age 18 years
  • Pass background and drug tests and meet airport security badge requirements
  • Legal authorization to work
  • Ability to follow directions and exercise good judgment
  • Preferred ability to drive standard and automatic vehicles

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least 1 year of customer experience-related work in retail, hospitality, or sales preferred
  • Must possess a valid state driver's license
  • Minimum of 18 years of age
  • Ability to pass company background checks, drug tests, and airport security requirements
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the employment jurisdiction
  • Must be able to exercise good judgment and follow supervisor and management directions
  • Preferred ability to drive standard and automatic transmission vehicles
  • Excellent guest service skills with ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Clear communication skills in English verbally and in writing
  • Ability to perform simple arithmetic
  • Ability to use telephone, radio, email, or text to communicate with guests and team
  • Ability to analyze and make decisions in fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
  • High attention to detail with multitasking capabilities
  • Basic computer skills and willingness to complete training

Job Duties

  • Meet and greet guests and crews as they arrive and escort them appropriately
  • Collaborate and work closely with team members, guests, and other visitors ensuring prompt, professional, and courteous service
  • Accurately receive, dispatch, and process guest purchases and fuel transactions following company procedures
  • Provide concierge services including arranging reservations for hotels, ground transportation, catering, and customs appointments
  • Manage guest, crew, and visitor inquiries, resolve requests, handle billing disputes, and address concerns efficiently
  • Monitor arriving and departing flights using system management tools to coordinate services and prioritize operational flow
  • Maintain and stock amenities in guest areas and ensure cleanliness of lobby, pilot spaces, and restrooms
