Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of relevant customer experience preferred
- Must possess a valid state driver license
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Ability to pass company background and drug tests
- Ability to meet airport security badge requirements
- Must be insurable by company insurance policies
- Legally authorized to work in employment jurisdiction
- Ability to follow supervisor directives
- Preferred ability to drive standard and automatic transmission vehicles
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of customer experience-related work in retail, hospitality, or sales preferred
- Valid state driver license
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- Legal authorization to work in the jurisdiction of employment
- Ability to exercise good judgment and follow directions
- Ability to communicate clearly in English
- Ability to perform simple arithmetic
- Ability to use communication tools such as telephone, radio, email
- Ability to analyze and make decisions quickly
- Excellent interpersonal and multitasking skills
- Computer proficiency and ability to learn company software
Job Duties
- Meet and greet guests and crews as they arrive and escort them
- Collaborate with team members and guests to ensure services are promptly and correctly handled
- Receive, dispatch, and process guest purchases and fuel transactions accurately
- Provide concierge services including hotel reservations, ground transportation, catering, and customs appointments
- Manage inquiries, resolve requests, handle billing disputes, and address concerns efficiently
- Monitor flights and coordinate services with aircraft and Airside Experience Team
- Maintain cleanliness and stock amenities in guest areas and promote company products and services
