- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior customer service or hospitality experience
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- strong communication skills
- ability to work in indoor and outdoor environments
- capability to maintain professionalism under pressure
- basic knowledge of safety procedures around aircraft and ground equipment

Job Duties
- greet guests and crew members warmly and professionally
- coordinate services to ensure seamless guest experiences
- support flight crews by assisting with their needs and requirements
- manage guest inquiries and provide information promptly and accurately
- maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in guest areas
- operate under varied schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ensure safety by operating in both indoor and outdoor environments near aircraft and ground equipment
