The role of a Guest Experience Specialist at Signature Aviation is essential and highly visible within the organization. This position serves as the first and last point of contact for guests, setting the tone for the overall Signature Aviation experience. In this hospitality-driven role, the Guest Experience Specialist warmly welcomes guests and crew members, demonstrating professionalism, care, and a genuine commitment to creating exceptional moments. Whether greeting VIP travelers, supporting flight crews, or coordinating behind-the-scenes services, this role demands grace under pressure and a meticulous attention to detail to ensure every visit is smooth, comfortable, and memorable.
The position requires flexibility with varied schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays. It involves working both indoors and outdoors near active aircraft and ground service equipment. The Guest Experience Specialist is expected to reliably represent the Signature standard through their pride in service and dedication. Responsibilities encompass meeting and greeting guests and crews, escorting them to entrances, aircraft, or vehicles, and collaborating closely with team members and external parties to ensure efficient service handling. The role involves managing guest purchases and fuel transactions, providing concierge services such as hotel accommodations, ground transportation, and catering arrangements, resolving inquiries and billing disputes, and maintaining knowledge about the company’s facilities and services.
The Guest Experience Specialist also monitors flight arrivals and departures, coordinates services using real-time management systems, maintains cleanliness and amenities in guest areas, assists with luggage and transportation, enforces security protocols, and participates in emergency responses and safety measures. The position is dynamic and hands-on, requiring multitasking and excellent interpersonal skills. Salary for this role ranges from $22 to $23 per hour, with pay varying based on skill set, experience, shift worked, and other factors.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree
- At least 1 year of customer experience in retail, hospitality, or sales preferred
- Must possess a valid state driver’s license
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- Ability to pass company background checks including criminal and motor vehicle, drug tests, and meet airport security badge requirements
- Must be legally authorized to work in the jurisdiction of employment
- Must be able to exercise good judgment and follow directions from supervisor or management
- Ability to drive standard and automatic transmission vehicles preferred
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of customer experience in retail, hospitality, or sales preferred

Job Duties
- Meet and greet guests and crews upon arrival and escort them to designated areas
- Collaborate closely with team members, guests, and external parties to ensure prompt and professional service
- Process guest purchases and fuel transactions accurately and assist with general accounting tasks
- Arrange concierge services such as hotel reservations, ground transportation, catering, and customs appointments
- Manage inquiries, resolve requests, handle billing disputes, and address guest concerns efficiently
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company facilities, services, and nearby areas
- Monitor flight activities, coordinate services via real-time systems, and prioritize requests
- Maintain cleanliness and stock amenities in guest areas and restrooms
- Promote and sell company services and products to passengers and crew
- Assist with luggage handling, guest transportation, and special requests
- Identify individuals according to security procedures and uphold airport security protocols
- Stop unsafe work conditions and report incidents appropriately
- Abide by emergency response procedures during critical events
- Create accurate records of work activities and time
- Use contact management systems to update customer preferences
- Support the Airside Experience team with tasks such as valeting vehicles and positioning equipment
- Assist airlines with passenger services when needed
