Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • reliable and punctual
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
  • good interpersonal skills
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • ability to follow company policies and procedures
  • basic English proficiency

Job Qualifications

  • Outgoing personality with a desire to connect with people
  • effective communication skills
  • ability to work well in a team environment
  • willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different situations
  • basic math and reading skills
  • previous customer service experience is a plus

Job Duties

  • Greeting guests and assisting them with their orders in a friendly, professional way
  • assembling food and beverage orders accurately and quickly
  • keeping service areas clean, stocked, and organized
  • working with kitchen team members to ensure hot, fresh, accurate orders
  • learning how to handle guest feedback and make it right when things go wrong
