The Guest Experience Server at Cooper's Hawk is a vital role that goes far beyond taking orders. This role focuses on creating memorable experiences that guests will cherish, supporting the brand's commitment to Uncompromising Hospitality. Servers are expected to provide friendly, team-oriented service while engaging guests through enriching conversations about the menu, wine list, and exclusive Wine Club offerings. The role requires confidence, care, and a passion for hospitality to guide guests seamlessly through their dining experience, creating moments that connect, delight, and inspire.
Employment in this role typically demands arriving prepared, dressed according to uniform standards, and being well-versed in the restaurant's menu and service procedures. The Guest Experience Server actively participates in all stages of service, from opening to closing, using the POS system accurately for payments, and following all required guidelines for alcohol service. The position requires not only fulfilling individual duties but also working collaboratively with the team to maintain smooth service flow and guest satisfaction.
