Job Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle

  • tech-savvy and able to quickly learn platforms for guest experience, billing, and smart home systems

Job Qualifications

  • Deep love for hospitality, operational detail, and elevating the guest journey
  • experience in luxury travel, guest services, or hospitality operations (3+ years preferred)
  • knowledge of Park City/Deer Valley and top-tier local vendors
  • tech-savvy and able to quickly learn platforms for guest experience, billing, and smart home systems

Job Duties

  • Deliver exceptional guest service before, during, and after each stay
  • plan, coordinate, and personalize guest itineraries, services, and activities with care and precision
  • build digital itineraries for each guest with accurate, detailed information
  • lead property walkthroughs to ensure homes are flawlessly presented and guest-ready
  • coordinate special requests, including private chefs, spa bookings, ski fittings, and more
  • support in-stay requests by collaborating with the field and operations team
  • own and manage the integrated concierge platform for itinerary planning and guest billing
  • assist with onboarding, configuration, and optimization of the concierge tool to support scalability and cross-team adoption
  • receive training and assist in managing all guest-facing tech systems including smart locks, Minut sensors, call center software, CRM, and guest messaging tools
  • help onboard and train new hires on all relevant guest tech and communications systems
  • ensure all services and expenses are properly tracked, itemized, and billed
  • coordinate closely with accounting to reconcile guest charges before check-in and process mid-stay billing for incurred services
  • audit and resolve any discrepancies in billing in collaboration with the accounting team
  • maintain transparent guest records and documentation to support a seamless experience
  • assist with routine property inspections pre-arrival, during stays, and at check-out
  • help manage vendor scheduling and quality assurance for third-party services
  • ensure properties meet Luxe Haus standards of cleanliness, ambiance, and readiness
  • perform light troubleshooting for in-home tech or amenities when needed
  • serve as a point of contact for guests, vendors, and homeowner communications
  • log service requests, guest preferences, and important updates with clarity and accuracy
  • capture feedback and stories to support internal improvements and marketing initiatives
