- Previous experience working in a luxury hotel as a concierge, bellperson, or doorperson
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Attention to detail and well-groomed, professional appearance
Job Duties
- Welcome every guest to the hotel with a smile and warm greeting
- Serve as an ambassador of the hotel ensuring guest needs are met promptly
- Arrange transportation and make reservations on behalf of guests
- Provide guests with detailed orientation about the hotel facilities, artwork, outlets, amenities, and rooms
- Act as personal liaison between guests and hotel services, fulfilling requests such as laundry and shoeshine
- Assist concierge with mail, facsimiles, and provide information on local attractions
- Build lasting relationships through conversations and personalized guest engagement
