Job Requirements

  • Prior experience in a similar luxury hospitality role
  • Ability to stay active and engaged during guest traffic slow periods

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience working in a luxury hotel as a concierge, bellperson, or doorperson
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to anticipate guest needs and provide proactive service
  • Professional and pleasant demeanor
  • Approachable with a well-groomed appearance
  • Experience working in a fast-paced hospitality environment
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Job Duties

  • Welcome guests warmly with a smile
  • Act as an ambassador of the hotel ensuring guest satisfaction
  • Arrange transportation and make reservations for guests
  • Provide detailed orientation of hotel artwork, outlets, amenities, and guest rooms
  • Serve as a liaison between guests and hotel services to meet and exceed expectations
  • Assist concierge with mail, facsimiles, and local attraction information
  • Maintain an inviting and approachable presence in the lobby area
