Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant settings
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks during peak service times
  • Team-oriented mindset with collaborative working skills

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience in fine dining settings or upscale restaurants
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to create positive guest interactions
  • Knowledge of serving techniques, food preparation, and catering operations
  • Familiarity with dietary aide responsibilities and food handling practices
  • Background in banquet service and event coordination is preferred
  • Experience as a barista or in hospitality roles is a plus
  • Understanding of food safety standards within the restaurant industry
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor
  • Efficient service during peak hours
  • Monitor guest satisfaction levels and address any concerns or feedback promptly
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas in compliance with food safety regulations
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of meals and adherence to dietary requirements
