Job Description

SLI Enterprises operates multiple McDonald's restaurants throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, including locations in Irving, Dallas, Mesquite, Caddo Mills, Greenville, Commerce, Italy, Waxahachie, Fairfield, Mexia, Corsicana, Ennis, and Terrell. This chain of independently franchisee-owned restaurants operates under a license to use McDonald's branding and food products but is an independent company and a separate employer from McDonald's USA. Employment at these locations is managed entirely by the franchisee, including all hiring, supervision, staffing, scheduling, and disciplinary matters, with no involvement from McDonald's USA itself. SLI Enterprises is committed to delivering the classic McDonald's experience with a focus on employee growth and guest satisfaction throughout the DFW community.

The Guest Experience Leader role at these McDonald's restaurants offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking for a part-time job with flexible hours, supportive of full-time ambitions such as education or other personal goals. This position is available between the hours of 8 am and 8 pm, designed for candidates who are motivated, friendly, and eager to learn. As a Guest Experience Leader, you will be the face of the restaurant, creating feel-good moments every day by engaging warmly with customers, assisting them with ordering kiosks, and ensuring their satisfaction post-meal. You will handle customer concerns, communicate effectively with both guests and team members, and ensure that every guest – especially children – leaves with a positive experience.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and is looking to gain valuable skills in customer service and leadership. The franchisee offers competitive pay and tremendous benefits, alongside opportunities for professional development such as college tuition assistance, high school completion programs, English language courses, and training that can help you move ahead within the company. The company prides itself on being America’s best first job by fostering a welcoming and empowering workplace environment. Candidates must be at least 16 years old to apply.

Working as a Guest Experience Leader at SLI Enterprises McDonald's franchise means becoming part of a community that values hard work, positivity, and continuous growth. The company's focus on individualized scheduling ensures that employees can find a role that fits their lifestyle and supports their personal ambitions. This is an inclusive role encouraging people to bring their authentic selves to work while serving delicious food and creating memorable experiences for guests.
