Unlike corporate McDonald's locations directly overseen by McDonald's USA, this restaurant operates under a franchisee license that allows the use of McDonald's branding and menu offerings. The franchisee is a separate entity and employer, managing all aspects of employment such as hiring, scheduling, and employee discipline without direct control or involvement from McDonald's USA. Job Duties

  • Greet guests and communicate with them while ordering

  • handle any customer concerns
  • communicate with the restaurant team to provide feedback and recommendations
