Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in hotel front desk or customer service preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to stand for extended periods
- physical ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- willingness to provide exceptional customer service
Job Qualifications
- a true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
- previous hotel front desk experience or 2+ years of customer service strongly preferred
- refined verbal communication skills
- ability to stand for long periods of time
- ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate weight (about 25 pounds)
- must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- manage guest registration process
- communicate hotel services and promotions to guests
- engage in casual conversation to enhance guest experience
- process forms of payment promptly and accurately
- respond to guest inquiries professionally and efficiently
- maintain the front desk area and ensure it is welcoming
- coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests
