Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • one plus years of experience in retail hospitality or customer-facing roles
  • excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • ability to observe and respond to safety or security concerns
  • proficiency with basic computer applications including Google Suite
  • ability to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends holidays and evenings
  • physical capability to perform tasks requiring standing walking lifting and mobility
  • adherence to safety protocols and store policies

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • deliver hospitality-level service to ensure every guest feels valued
  • create a welcoming vibe by offering assistance and answering questions
  • support customer and team needs by assisting with wayfinding and fielding inquiries
  • tackle administrative tasks such as answering phones and managing device check-ins
  • enhance asset protection awareness by monitoring store activity and flagging suspicious behavior
  • uphold safety standards by conducting routine safety walks and responding to incidents
  • oversee security and access by managing check-in procedures and monitoring security desk operations
