At LEGOLAND Discovery Center San Jose, the role of Guest Experience Host is vital in delivering unforgettable, joy-filled moments for guests visiting the attraction. This position is designed for enthusiastic, energetic individuals who love to spread smiles and create a positive atmosphere. Guest Experience Hosts embody the welcoming spirit of the brand by engaging directly with guests, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining an environment that feels magical and fun. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, requiring hosts to be attentive, responsive, and proactive in enhancing the guest experience. Team members are responsible for managing guest interactions with big energy and enthusiasm, helping keep lines safe and efficient, maintaining cleanliness and order in public areas, and following operational procedures to support the attraction’s seamless daily functions.

Job Requirements

  • 6-12 months of experience in attractions, entertainment, or customer service
  • Fun, dynamic, and friendly personality
  • Great communication skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events
  • Must undergo Child Safeguarding Background Screening
  • Commitment to upholding Children’s Rights and Wellbeing

Job Qualifications
