We are currently seeking a motivated and friendly Guest Experience Host to join our team. In this exciting role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued as soon as they step through the doors. Working in a high-energy Sports Bar setting, you will play a crucial role in creating legendary experiences by managing the seating process, handling waitlists, and maintaining a smooth flow of traffic. Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years of age or older, as required by law
  • Possession of current certifications for state, county, or local food handling and alcohol handling, if applicable
  • Prior experience in a restaurant, hospitality, or customer service position is preferred
  • Exceptional ability to manage time, pay close attention to detail, and deliver superior guest service

Job Duties

  • Serve as the primary greeter, creating legendary experiences by engaging with every guest as they arrive at the sports bar
  • Effectively manage the guest seating process, including waitlists, to ensure a smooth and efficient flow of traffic
  • Maintain high standards of guest service throughout the entire seating process
  • Handle all incoming inquiries and direct guests appropriately within the venue
