Job Requirements

Must be at least 16 years of age or older as required by law
Possession of current certifications for state county or local food handling and alcohol handling if applicable
Prior experience in a restaurant hospitality or customer service position is preferred
Ability to work flexible schedules including nights weekends and holidays
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Job Duties

Serve as the primary greeter creating legendary experiences by engaging with every guest as they arrive at the sports bar
Effectively manage the guest seating process including waitlists to ensure a smooth and efficient flow of traffic
Maintain high standards of guest service throughout the entire seating process
Handle all incoming inquiries and direct guests appropriately within the venue
