Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent of related professional experience
  • Experience in effectively facilitating events
  • Full agreement with TMC and TP mission, vision, values, doctrinal statement, and handbook
  • Valid California Driver's License
  • Ability to participate in group activities
  • Ability to work in inclement weather including reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent of related professional experience
  • Experience in effectively facilitating events
  • Full agreement with TMC and TP mission, vision, values, doctrinal statement, and handbook
  • Valid California Driver's License
  • Vibrant and deepening faith in Jesus Christ
  • Organized and systematic with excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Relationship and service-oriented

Job Duties

  • Maintain an excellent front office environment
  • Staff, schedule, and train the Camp Host position
  • Coordinate guest groups and weddings details by maintaining strict communication with TMC Registration and effectively relaying all necessary information to TP departments
  • Provide comprehensive oversight and execution of guest experience from check-in through checkout and follow-up while building relationships with group leaders
  • Effectively communicate guest experience and evaluation notes to Leadership
  • Stock office supplies, and coordinate with office vendors as needed
  • Receive and deposit final guest payments
  • Serve as point of contact for safety and security procedures
  • Encourage group leaders to rebook for future events
  • Foster a positive workplace culture by organizing staff celebrations and appreciation initiatives
