Powered by a diverse and passionate team, Four Seasons operates globally with an emphasis on creating a supportive and inclusive environment for both its employees and guests. The company is dedicated to fostering a world-class employee experience and a culture where individuals feel valued and motivated to grow. This has resulted in Four Seasons establishing itself as a benchmark for luxury and hospitality worldwide, known for attention to detail, personalized service, and innovative approaches to guest satisfaction.

Located on the picturesque West Coast in Carlsbad, California, Four Seasons Residence Club Aviara represents an idyllic retreat surrounded by rolling foothills, stunning beaches, and some of North America's top golf courses. This laid-back coastal town provides an ideal setting for guests seeking both relaxation and recreational activities. The Residence Club offers a unique vacation ownership experience where families and individuals can enjoy luxurious villas, tailored services, and exceptional amenities. Guests have access to exclusive opportunities such as pre-arrival concierge services that prepare the villa's kitchen, group yoga classes in a scenic open-air pavilion, and flexible stays to make the most out of their vacation time.

The Guest Experience Concierge role at Four Seasons Residence Club Aviara is pivotal in creating lasting impressions for both owners and guests. As the first point of contact during arrivals and departures, the concierge ensures a seamless, welcoming, and personalized interaction that embodies the Four Seasons brand promise. This full-time role involves engaging with guests courteously and professionally while managing various operational tasks including registration, reservation management, and fulfilling special requests. The concierge maintains comprehensive knowledge of the Residence Club's amenities, services, events, and local attractions to provide insightful recommendations and support.

In addition to providing exceptional guest service, the Guest Experience Concierge handles important administrative duties such as booking room reservations, managing different types of ownership usage options, and reconciling financial transactions during shifts. The position requires strong multitasking abilities to handle multiple phone inquiries simultaneously and resolve issues efficiently.

The position offers an hourly rate of $23.25, reflecting the value Four Seasons places on its team members. Employees benefit from a 401(k) retirement plan, ongoing training and career development opportunities, employee discounts across all Four Seasons properties, and a range of perks such as complimentary dry cleaning and meals. This role supports a varied schedule including early mornings, days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, offering a dynamic workplace with shifts that cater to business needs.

Four Seasons is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer that encourages applications from minorities, women, veterans, and individuals with disabilities. The company strongly supports diversity and inclusion as a core aspect of its business philosophy and workforce makeup. Joining Four Seasons empowers employees to be part of a worldwide leader in luxury hospitality committed to excellence and genuine human connections.
