This role involves representing and communicating food and beverage options, events, promotions, and sports programming while managing audio-visual technology to ramp up the in-house atmosphere.
The Captain acts as a key liaison, constantly coordinating with front-of-house team members, including servers and bartenders, to guarantee seamless service. Developing personal connections with guests helps ensure satisfaction and encourages participation in loyalty programs and restaurant events, like Eat Wings Raise Funds and Blazin' Challenge. Beyond direct guest engagement, the Captain also helps execute marketing strategies and local event management, working closely with franchised restaurant leadership.
