The Guest Environment Expert position is integral to the Residence Inn experience; rather than simply cleaning rooms, this role focuses on enhancing the overall guest experience by ensuring cleanliness and upkeep of the entire hotel environment, from guest rooms to public spaces.

As a Guest Environment Expert, the individual is responsible for a diverse mix of housekeeping tasks—from delivering guest requests and stocking carts to maintaining the appearance of the hotel’s public areas. The role demands a proactive, hands-on approach to work as the expert is empowered to move freely within their assigned spaces to address any needs. Physical stamina is important as the job involves extended periods of standing, sitting, or walking, and requires lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects up to 50 pounds without assistance.
