The role of Guest Environment Expert at JW Marriott is much more than traditional housekeeping. It is centered on creating memorable, high-quality experiences for guests by maintaining immaculate, inviting, and comfortable environments throughout the hotel property. Guest Environment Experts are entrusted with a wide range of housekeeping functions and are empowered to move freely in their assigned spaces to perform necessary tasks efficiently and thoroughly. Duties include cleaning guest rooms and public areas, stocking cleaning carts, responding promptly to guest requests, and ensuring every space meets the brand’s exacting standards of appearance and cleanliness.
This role demands a hands-on approach and physical stamina, including the ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and to lift or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds independently. Guest Environment Experts must embody professionalism via their personal appearance, uniform compliance, and communication skills and are expected to contribute positively to the hotel's overall guest satisfaction and operational success.

Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred
- ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods
- physical strength to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds
