We are currently seeking Full-Time Guest Environment Experts to join our team in a non-management capacity. This role goes beyond the traditional scope of housekeeping; it’s about crafting an experience that resonates with guests by maintaining the cleanliness, orderliness, and overall aesthetics of the entire hotel property. Guest Environment Experts play a vital role in upholding the brand’s high standards by ensuring guest rooms and public spaces are spotless and inviting.
The role demands versatility and a hands-on attitude, including tasks such as cleaning guest rooms, public areas, and stocking necessary supplies efficiently. These team members also handle guest requests with professionalism and care, contributing to a seamless and pleasant stay experience. The position requires physical stamina as it involves prolonged periods of standing, walking, and moving throughout the hotel while lifting or carrying items weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior housekeeping experience preferred
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance
- Flexibility to work full-time schedule
