The role of a Guest Environment Expert at Courtyard by Marriott represents a key position within the hotel’s housekeeping and maintenance team. In this full-time, non-management role, you will be expected to work with flexibility and dedication, accommodating open availability and varying shifts that align with the hotel’s operational needs. The hourly pay rate for this position is $22.00, with additional potentials such as tip eligibility. As a Guest Environment Expert, you will be actively engaged in physical tasks that require standing, walking, and moving for extended periods, as well as lifting and carrying objects up to 50 pounds. A hands-on approach is essential to meet the demands of the job, ensuring that not only are hygiene and cleanliness standards met but that the overall guest environment feels welcoming and comfortable. This role requires strict adherence to company policies, workplace safety guidelines, and a professional demeanor including proper uniform and communication standards.
