Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- excellent communication skills
- ability to stand for long periods
- must demonstrate a passion for customer service
- ability to work as part of a team
- previous restaurant experience is beneficial but not required
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a customer service role preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- friendly and outgoing personality
- basic knowledge of reservation software is a plus
Job Duties
- Greet guests promptly and warmly
- manage guest seating efficiently
- handle reservations and reception duties
- provide excellent customer service
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station
- communicate effectively with the serving and kitchen staff
- assist guests with inquiries and special requests
