The Busser position at Logan's Roadhouse plays a crucial role in ensuring a clean, efficient, and pleasant dining environment for guests. The Busser is responsible for quickly clearing and resetting tables between customers, sanitizing dining areas, and replenishing table settings with silverware, napkins, plates, and other essentials. This role supports the waitstaff by assisting with serving food and refilling drinks as needed, ensuring that customers receive timely and attentive service. Additionally, the Busser manages inventory for dining utensils and condiments, reports any shortages or maintenance issues to the management team, and helps maintain overall cleanliness in the dining and restroom areas.

This role requires a proactive and energetic individual capable of handling a fast-paced restaurant environment comfortably while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest service. The Busser will perform physical activities including lifting, bending, walking, and moving furniture as needed to accommodate customer seating preferences. Job Requirements

  • must possess proper food handler and alcohol dispensing certifications

Job Duties

  • ensuring that tables are cleared, cleaned, and reset between seatings
  • serving food and refilling beverages as required
  • place tableware and condiments on tables
  • assisting with the cleaning and processing of dirty dishes and silverware
  • ensuring that the menus, crockery, and cutlery are cleaned and replenished between tables
  • managing the inventory of napkins, straws, salt, pepper, and other table condiments and supplies
  • reporting any damage, shortages and complaints to the manager
  • moving tables, chairs and furniture to accommodate customers as needed
  • tidying the restaurant after service and ensuring that it is prepped for the following service
  • executes restroom checks as needed/required
