The Busser role at Logans Roadhouse is centered around maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area to support an excellent guest experience. The Busser is responsible for promptly clearing, sanitizing, and resetting tables between customers to ensure a smooth turnover and a pleasant ambiance. This position helps maintain the restaurant's appearance by ensuring that all necessary items, such as silverware, plates, napkins, and drinking glasses, are well stocked and readily available. In addition to table maintenance, the Busser assists with serving food and refilling beverages as required, helping to provide seamless service to guests.

In this role, attention to detail and efficiency are crucial, as the Busser contributes directly to the overall guest satisfaction by facilitating a clean and orderly environment. Responsibilities include managing table settings, monitoring the inventory of dining supplies, reporting any issues such as shortages or damages to management, and assisting with the cleaning and processing of dirty dishes. The position also involves performing routine tasks like tidying the restaurant after service and conducting restroom checks to uphold hygiene standards. Job Duties

  • Ensuring that tables are cleared, cleaned, and reset between seatings
  • Serving food and refilling beverages as required
  • Place tableware and condiments on tables
  • Assisting with the cleaning and processing of dirty dishes and silverware
  • Ensuring that the menus, crockery, and cutlery are cleaned and replenished between tables
  • Managing the inventory of napkins, straws, salt, pepper, and other table condiments and supplies
  • Reporting any damage, shortages and complaints to the manager
  • Moving tables, chairs and furniture to accommodate customers as needed
  • Tidying the restaurant after service and ensuring that it is prepped for the following service
  • Executes restroom checks as needed/required
