Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, hospitality management, human services, or related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in guest services or volunteer management
  • Strong leadership abilities
  • Excellent communication skills

  • Proven experience in healthcare or related service environment

Job Duties

  • Manage all front-line guest services operations including attendants, receptionists, and mail room staff
  • Lead and expand a system-wide volunteer program
  • Advocate for and enhance patient, visitor, and family service experiences
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to promote compassionate care
  • Oversee volunteer recruitment, training, and retention
  • Monitor guest services performance metrics and implement improvements
  • Handle other duties as assigned
