Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail or customer service experience beneficial but not mandatory
- Reliable and flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to lift merchandise up to 44 pounds occasionally
- Capacity to work in varying temperature conditions
- Ability to remain mobile for entire shift duration
- Strong interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Welcome guests warmly and authentically
- Observe and tailor service approach based on guest needs
- Engage guests by asking questions to understand their requirements
- Operate registers efficiently and scan items accurately
- Follow food safety standards and company best practices
- Promote Target Loyalty programs and assist with sign-ups
- Support drive-up, order pick-up, and registry services
- De-escalate negative situations collaboratively with leadership
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Stock supplies while remaining available for guests
- Comply with safety policies and ethical conduct
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Educate guests on Target app features and store services
- Perform additional duties as assigned based on business needs
