Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- experience handling cash register operations is preferred
- capability to work in varying temperature and humidity conditions
- ability to lift or move merchandise up to 44 pounds occasionally and up to 10 pounds frequently
- flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- reliable and prompt attendance
- ability to remain mobile for the duration of scheduled shifts

Job Duties
- Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes guest experience by delivering the service standard
- create a welcoming experience by authentically greeting all guests
- observe and understand guest needs and tailor interactions accordingly
- engage with guests in a genuine way, asking questions to understand their specific needs
- be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services to solve guest issues and improve their experience
- scan and bag guest items efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with food safety standards
- work efficiently to minimize guest wait time while maintaining service, accuracy, and quality
- make guests aware of current and upcoming brand launches, store activities, and events
- promote and assist with Target loyalty programs and app features
- manage fulfillment services enrollment and usage guidance
- attempt returns following company policy and partner with leaders to resolve issues
- de-escalate negative situations to recover the guest experience
- deliver service to order pick-up, Drive Up, and Registry guests
- maintain a clean and clutter-free work area
- stock supplies during store hours while remaining available for guests
- demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance
- work safely to identify and correct hazards
- support guest services including compliance with beverage laws
- perform other duties as business needs arise
