Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience in customer service preferred but not required
- ability to communicate effectively
- willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- capability to stand and remain mobile for duration of shifts
- ability to lift and move merchandise up to 44 pounds
- ability to accurately handle cash register operations
- compliance with store safety and ethical policies

Job Duties
- Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard
- create a welcoming experience by authentically greeting all guests
- scan and bag all guest items efficiently, accurately and in compliance with food safety standards and company best practices
- make the guest aware of current and upcoming brand launches, store activities and events
- know and speak to the benefits of Target Loyalty programs with every guest and assist with application or sign-up as needed
- attempt every return and follow register prompts, partnering with immediate Leaders as needed to help solve for the guest while following Targets policies and procedures
- support guest services such as order pick up, Drive-up, and Registry guests while maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local laws
- maintain a clean, clutter free work area
- work in a safe manner at all times to benefit yourself and others
- all other duties based on business needs
