- Ability to handle checkout operations accurately
- experience or capability to handle merchandise weighing up to 44 pounds safely
- flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- effective communication skills including positive language and attentiveness

- strong attention to detail with ability to prioritize tasks
- ability to educate guests about products and services
- proficiency in operating handheld scanners, communication devices, and technology
- ability to work independently as well as part of a team

- flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard
- create a welcoming experience by greeting guests while completing daily tasks
- engage with guests to assist with their specific needs
- make guests aware of current promotions, store activities, and events
- be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services to solve issues and improve guest experience
- thank guests and express appreciation for choosing Target
- promote benefits of Target Loyalty programs and assist with enrollment
- scan and bag guest items efficiently and accurately
- work to minimize guest wait time while maintaining service and accuracy
- educate guests on Target App features including Wallet
- support order pick-up, Drive-Up orders, and returns
- follow all safety and compliance policies
- maintain a clean and organized work area
- stock supplies during store hours
- all other duties as assigned based on business needs
