Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in customer service or retail environment preferred
- Ability to handle cash and operate register systems accurately
- Capability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to comfortably work in varying temperature and humidity conditions
- Capacity to lift or move merchandise up to 44 pounds safely
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to remain mobile for the duration of scheduled shifts

Job Duties
- Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard
- Create a welcoming experience by authentically greeting all guests
- Engage with guests to understand and meet their specific needs
- Operate cash register and manage cash transactions accurately
- Scan and bag guest items efficiently and in compliance with standards
- Promote and provide information about Target Loyalty programs and app features
- Assist with various guest services including order pick up, drive up, and gift registry
- Partner with leaders to resolve guest issues and de-escalate negative situations
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Stock supplies while being available to assist guests
- Work safely and in compliance with safety policies and procedures
- Execute duties that comply with federal, state, and local regulations
- Perform additional duties based on business needs
