Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous retail or customer service experience is beneficial

- ability to operate handheld scanners and other technology

Job Duties
- Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard
- create a welcoming experience by greeting guests while completing daily tasks
- engage with guests in a welcoming way to help solve their specific needs
- make guests aware of current promotions, store activities and events
- be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services available in store to solve guest issues and improve their experience
- thank guests and express appreciation that they chose to shop at Target
- promote Target Loyalty programs and assist with application or sign-up as needed
- scan and bag guest items efficiently, accurately and in compliance with safety standards
- minimize guest wait time while maintaining service and accuracy
- demonstrate how to use features of the Target App including Wallet
- assist guests with Order Pick-Up, Drive Up, online ordering, and enrollment
- handle returns following register prompts and policy
- maintain a clean and clutter-free work area
- stock supplies during store hours while remaining available for guests
- uphold a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance
- work safely in compliance with all safety policies and report hazards
- support guest services such as OPU, DU Orders, DU Returns with compliance to laws
- perform other duties based on business needs
