Job Duties
- Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes guest experience by delivering the service standard
- create a welcoming experience by authentically greeting all guests
- scan and bag all guest items efficiently and accurately
- make guests aware of current and upcoming brand launches and store events
- assist guests with loyalty program sign-up and promote Target app features
- handle returns and resolve guest concerns by following policies
- maintain a clean and clutter-free work area while ensuring safety and compliance
