Job Requirements
- Accurately handle cash register operations and cash transactions
- Capable of working in and exposure to varying temperatures, humidity, and other elements during job duties
- Scan, handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including lifting up to 44 pounds occasionally
- Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable and prompt attendance
- Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift

Job Duties
- Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard
- Create a welcoming experience by authentically greeting all guests
- Scan and bag guest items efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with food safety standards
- Make guests aware of current and upcoming brand launches, store activities, and events
- Know and speak to the benefits of Target Loyalty programs and assist with application or sign-up
- Understand and show guests how to use Wallet and other features within the Target App
- Partner with Leaders to de-escalate negative situations and recover the guest experience
