Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to interact and help others including guests and team members
- Ability to handle checkout operations and transactions accurately
- Capability to scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely
- Ability to lift and move product up to 44 pounds occasionally without assistance
- Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable and prompt attendance
- Ability to remain mobile for the duration of scheduled shifts
- Ability to work in and be exposed to varying temperatures, humidity, and other elements
- Compliance with safety policies and procedures

Job Duties
- Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard
- Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you are completing your daily tasks
- Engage with guests in a welcoming way to help solve their specific needs
- Make guests aware of current promos, store activities, and events
- Be knowledgeable about the tools, products, and services available in the store to improve the guest experience
- Thank guests and let them know we are happy they chose to shop at Target
- Assist guests with Target Loyalty programs including application or sign-up
- Scan and bag guest items efficiently, accurately and in compliance with food safety standards
- Work efficiently to minimize guest wait time while maintaining guest service and accuracy
- Show guests how to use features and offerings within the Target App including Wallet
- Be familiar with Order Pick-Up, Drive Up, and online ordering and help guests enroll and activate these features
- Attempt every return and follow register prompts, partnering with leaders when needed
- Maintain a clean and clutter-free work area
- Stock supplies during store open hours while being available for guests
- Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance
- Work safely and comply with safety policies and trainings
- Support guest services such as order pick up, Drive-up orders, DU returns, ensuring compliance with laws
- Perform other duties based on business needs
